1. Sourcing Orders

By placing an order request on this platform, you authorize our brokerage agents to contact manufacturers, inspect technical specifications, and issue binding proforma invoices based on EXW or FOB price models.

2. Payment & Financing

Since heavy machinery involves custom production runs, all payment terms require TT (Telegraphic Transfer) deposits and balance releases upon load-port inspection checks unless specified otherwise by separate credit agreement.
